Study on the Health Behaviors of Adults with Disabilities

Longitudinal Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Study

The University of Illinois at Chicago is recruiting participants for a study to help them better understand the health behaviors of adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Over the course of five years, the information gathered will create an important body of knowledge for serving the unique health needs of people with I/DD.

If you are an adult (over 18) with I/DD and currently residing in the United States, you can take part in the study. The survey takes about 15-25 minutes to complete and surveys will be conducted every two years. You will receive a $5 gift card for each survey you complete.
